Warranty Statement Unison Net Computer Systems 30 Day Limited Warranty UNISON NET warrants to the original purchaser that this computer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of invoice. This warranty applies to the components comprising the system unit, including: CPU, motherboard, memory, hard drive, floppy drive, video card, CD-ROM drive, fax modem, keyboard, mouse, case and power supply. Monitors, scanners, speaker sets, external drives and power protection devices are covered also under this 30 day warranty. What's not covered by warranty: software installation and configuration, virus issues, spyware issues, trojan horses and attacks. Batteries of any sort are not warranted This warranty is a limited warranty and as the sole remedy for a breach of this warranty, UNISON NET will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective components with new or reconditioned components of equivalent or better performance. During this warranty period UNISON NET will repair or replace defective components and restore the system unit to its original operating configuration at no additional cost when the system unit is delivered freight prepaid to the servicing UNISON NET facility. UNISON NET will complete warranty service within a period of time deemed reasonable by UNISON NET and return the repaired system unit to the customer freight prepaid by normal surface transportation routing. UNISON NET IS NOT LIABLE AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF A BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR FOR ANY SOFTWARE OR DATA THAT MAY BE LOST DUE TO HARDWARE FAILURE. In order to take advantage of this warranty, the customer must provide a valid proof of purchase. This warranty will be void if, in the sole opinion of UNISON NET, the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, misapplication, lack of proper maintenance or act of God. Hardware additions, software not preinstalled by UNISON NET, upgrades, modifications, or configuration changes done by the customer are not covered by this warranty. EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN, UNISON NET DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.
